The Klawiter Kids are again giving back to their community! This time, they created centerpieces for the Badger Prairie Needs Network's Saturday community meals. Holiday themed mason jars, decorated wooden trees, and toilet paper tube reindeer and snowmen were personally delivered to BPNN on Friday, December 8th. In addition, the children received a tour of the building and learned all about the food pantry and ways their families can volunteer. After the tour, they boarded the bus for Hann's Tree Farm in Oregon. A wagon ride through the acres of trees, a detailed discussion of how trees grow, and a demonstration of how to make a holiday wreath were all given by Greg Hann, a Christmas Tree Farmer. Here's to Greg's GREATness for opening up his heart about his childhood dream of making people happy!
